Hey there, hello there! In order to join this site, you must have windows movie maker (not vista), paint ,we reccomend you have some form of photoshop, but it is okay if you don't have it, you must tell us your email address, and you should always be able to call rover-T, or Pfargtl. If not, you must record your voice, and send it to us somehow. But the #1 rule is that you must know rover-T or Pfargtl in real life.
